Parishville: Mrs. Joan A. James, age 67, of Parishville, passed away on October 10, 2012 at the Highland Nursing Home in Massena, where she had been admitted the prior week. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 18th at 11 a.m. at the Garner Funeral Service.
